Shipping policy



At The SIB Co, all garments are made to order and carefully handcrafted. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.




1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are made to order.
• Order processing and production time is typically 7–14 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand launches, processing time may be extended.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Locations
• We currently ship within India only.
• COD and prepaid availability may vary based on pin code and courier serviceability.


3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of exchange, refusal, or delay.
• Any additional charges for remote locations (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.


4. Dispatch & Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp through our Odoo system.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


5. Delivery Timelines
• Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 working days, depending on location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
• Courier partner delays
• Weather conditions
• Regional restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• The SIB Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.


6. Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
• Any re-shipping due to incorrect address details will be charged to the customer.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments
• COD is available for select pin codes only.
• COD orders may be verified via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Failure to accept delivery of a confirmed COD order may lead to future COD restrictions.


8. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
• Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect details, the order may be returned to origin.
• In such cases:
• No refunds will be issued
• Store credit may be provided at the discretion of The SIB Co, after deducting shipping and handling costs


9. Exchanges & Shipping
• For approved exchanges, customers are required to pay a ₹200 exchange handling fee.
• Customers must securely pack the product for return shipment.
• Exchange processing will begin only after quality inspection of the returned item.


10. Damaged Packages
• If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel.
• Notify us immediately with photos/videos for assistance.


11. Policy Updates
• The SIB Co reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
