• All products at The SIB Co are made to order.
• Therefore, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
• In eligible cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
• Store credits are issued at the sole discretion of The SIB Co after review and approval.

2. Store Credit Policy
• Store credits:
• Are issued in the form of a unique credit code or account balance
• Have no cash value and cannot be transferred or encashed
• Can be used on future purchases made through our website
• Can be used during sale periods
• Store credits are valid for 180 days from the date of issue

3. Sale Products Policy
• Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return or store credit.
• Size exchange is permitted for sale items, subject to:
• Availability of stock
• Approval by The SIB Co
• If the required size is unavailable, no refund or credit will be issued.

4. Exchanges (Size & Eligible Products)
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, not for design, color, or personal preference.
• All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.
• Each approved exchange will incur a flat exchange handling fee of ₹200, payable by the customer.
• The ₹200 exchange fee covers logistics, handling, and processing costs and is non-refundable.

5. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Any sign of wear, damage, stains, or alteration will result in rejection of the exchange request

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
• Upon approval, we will offer either:
• A replacement, or
• Store credit (no cash refunds)

7. Shipping & Logistics for Exchanges
• Customers are responsible for securely packing the product for return shipment.
• Exchange processing will begin only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Delivery timelines for exchanged items may vary based on production and courier schedules.
